Not Able To Log In?
Are you sure you have sent in your acceptance of UIUC's offer of admission? We cannot set you up with
access to the placement tests until you have confirmed with the Office of Admissions and Records that
you are coming to UIUC.
Did you use your UIN as your login? Your UIN is a 9-digit number beginning with 65-, 66-, or 67-. If you don't know your
UIN, it's located on the back of your "Notice of Admission" letter. You should enter your UIN
without hyphens and without spaces. Then tab to the password field. Be careful not to type an extra space at the end of
your UIN.
Did you type your last name as your password? This field is NOT case-sensitive,
but please type in your last name with any hyphens or
spaces that you normally use. Omit any apostrophes or periods in your last
name. For example, if your last name is O'Reilly, type "OReilly" with no
apostrophe or space. If your name is St. John, type "St John" without the
period. Be careful not to type an extra space at the end.
If you are still having trouble, please email us at
pnp@uiuc.edu and describe in detail what you are doing and
what error message (if any) you are getting.
If you logged in but you didn’t see the exam that you expected to take, it means either you already took the
exam or you clicked into it but then exited. If you clicked into it, read the instructions, and quit, the
computer still thought you had done as much as you could and removed the exam from your menu options. You can
email us and request that we re-set the exam for you.
